HI, my name is Patricia (Arnsparger) Barley. I was born in Altoona, Pa. and am trying to find my ancestors. My cousin Vickie (Arnsparger) Ickes and I have been trying to link back to our relatives from Germany.


Concerning the name Arnsparger, it may well be the e has been changed to an a to accommodate the American pronunciation, but otherwise it remains identical. This name has nothing to do with the name "Ehrensperger". This family originates from Switzerland.
